酿酒设备浅析香槟酒的酿造方法

 种植采摘  从冬天到8月,依次进行剪枝,捆枝,去芽,培土,绑蔓,摘心,**后去尖;从春天到6月,还要注意花开的情况;到了采摘季节,葡萄种植人依据每年联合会公布的采摘时间进行手工采摘。而后是压榨取汁的过程。抵达酿酒设备酒厂时,每种葡萄都经过传统的垂直式或较温和的水平式榨汁机加以压榨。为了确保品质,每150公斤的葡萄**多只能榨出100公升的果汁。

  盖上**后的瓶塞之前,工人们会添「加味液」,成份则是每家香槟酿酒设备酒厂的秘方,主要为葡萄酒和不定量的糖份。這個过程结束后,没有年份的香槟要再休息十二個月以后才能出售;年份香槟更要等待該收成年份三年以上才能出售。
